La Brigata Indipendente
The Independent Brigade is a non profit association for social utility, that was born in September 2021, aiming at the empowerment and indipendent life, for boys and girls with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and other frailties, capable of a minimum productivity suitable for carrying out independent work, but not sufficiently high for the expectations of the job market.
Union makes the difference!
Our girls and boys want to emancipate, work and live an
independent life. They have studied, they have prepared themselves, they
want to get involved, but the doors are still closed for them. History teaches us that when a road is missing you have to build a brand new one, so where to start?
The only possible answer is: give them a voice! Let them speak, helping
them to make themselves known to show how much potential they have.
Our goal
The Independence Hostel
We want to put in a new context these young people, with new tools, to give
them the opportunity they have never had to be successful: a home that
respects their times, which are the times of nature, a place to live, work and
gain autonomy and self-sufficiency, where to accommodate anyone who wants to disconnect from the frenzy of these times.
The Independent Brigade association, together with you and all the people
who feel close to our spirit, wants to start "the Independence Hostel". A
place where boys and girls will be able to put their talents and skills to good
use, where they will be custodians, animators, administrators, themselves,
whoever they are.
